My Shopify site is crashing on mobile device. Any idea why?

I’m having site freezing and site crashing issues on my site on mobile devices for hrmnylab.com when loading on product page or bundle page.. See screenshot - https://prnt.sc/B1FY_HGFJH_P and video recording attached.

  • What mobile device and version are you using?
  • What browser(s) are you viewing your store in?

I navigated to your store on an iOS 15.6.1 device using a Google Chrome and Safari browser however, I was unable to replicate the issue. I clicked into the product page and bundle pages which did not crash or load at a slower pace.

Upon looking further into this, this error message may occur while using a Google Chrome browser. I’d like to share this Google Chrome Help resource for possible reasons and troubleshooting methods to resolve this for you.

Possible reasons for error message:

  • Google Chrome is having problems loading.
  • The device may have run out of memory.

Troubleshooting Methods:

  • iPhone: Tap the refresh icon.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Try to reload the tab with the error.
  • Clear your cookies and cache.
  • Open the page in an Incognito window.
  • Close other tabs or apps.
