Hey, My Account has recently been inactivated, it may be due to payments due. but i cant make any payments because i cant even access my shop ive already emailed shopify still no response… i have recently made my first 2 sales! and shipped them today and i cant even get my money.. this hurts shopify team please help.

I’ve already tried contacting support I can’t even login into my shop… I’ve
provided every detail information on my shop, my customers orders are being
delivered and I haven’t even got paid yet… it’s upsetting and profit loss,
I just don’t understand what’s going on my shop has been active for weeks
now I have legit customers! All I did was tried changing my payment
schedule and now My shop is inactive. I was starting to build a community.
Please Shopify support team help me. Im authentic as there can be I simply
just vend gaming consoles and other items that I buy with my own money just
to resell.
I understand how frustrating this must be. Have you been in contact with a support member via live chat? This is the fastest way to resolve this issue as they have authenticated access to your store and will be able to provide you with information on how to proceed.

Same issue here and Shopify support is nowhere to be found! I just opened a new store and it was shutdown right after I chose a payment plan and paid for the first month (3 days before the trial was going to expire). Reached out to support several times and haven’t received a solution yet. I’ve been using Shopify since 2016 and I’ve never encountered this before and I have no idea why they are suddenly shutting new stores down, so I hope it gets resolved soon!
Yes I hope so aswell Bredrin, We come here to try and make a living doing e-commerce paying the fees we owe to Shopify just to get shut down

Over the weekend (17 July) we were experiencing an issue where some frozen stores were seeing an error when trying to choose a plan. This was resolved shortly after, the pick-a-plan page is now loading as expected. If you continue to experience this issue, please follow these local troubleshooting suggestions:

Try incognito/private mode on your browser - login to Shopify once you’ve done this and see if you’re able to purchase a plan. If it works, it means your browser likely needs its cache cleared.

Clear your browser cache and make sure you are operating on the latest version of Google Chrome. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites:

Alternatively, you can try using a different browser or device (like a phone) to see if you can make the payment plan. If it works in one browser and not the other, it’s a browser issue and the cache needs to be cleared.
I don’t have an option to pick a payment plan though, my entire store was shutdown when I tried attempting a payment and it’s been almost 24 hours without any updates from support on how to reactivate my store. The payment went through successfully though and it is showing up on my bank account.

Thanks Moira, I’ve chatted support 3x today and nothing has helped though. I had to wait 60 minutes just to do a Live Chat and still nothing was resolved during the chat. I’ve emailed Support 3 times today as well.
That is not showing for mme Moira, is there any contact number? i still havent gotten any email back and i have funds on my account i need desperately
It’s now been nearly 48 hours and nothing! Incredible how Shopify Support doesn’t care about it’s users anymore, especially business owners who have used the platform since 2016 for multiple businesses (Which my businesses alone have helped generate thousands and thousands of dollars for Shopify in fees since I’ve run 7 Figure Businesses). But nope, you still shut my new store down for 48 hours and expect me be be okay with it? Guess I’ll file a BBB claim and jump ship to WooCommerce then. Sick to my stomach over this situation, can’t believe what Shopify has become. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete letdown. No other company has left me in the dark for 2 DAYS!!!
