Why does my page show inactive after failed payment on Shopify?

We are new using shopify, for some reason the payment of my plan was not successful, now that I try to update the payment method the page shows inactive, I tried to contact support but has been 3 days without solution, any advice?

Has it been 3 business days since you created a support ticket? If it hasn’t, please expect a response by then as it takes 1-3 business days for us to respond via email. Support says that At this time since Shopify has been deemed not a good fit for your business you will need to research other e-commerce platforms to find one that will be suitable. Regrettably we are not able to make recommendations to merchants, is there a way we can validate and send documentation so we can continue selling using this plataform?
