My Shopify website doesn’t loads up on going back in mobile view it just shows the blank screen but it works proper on desktop view, please help me with this issue.

actually from any page when we get back to previous it doesn’t loads up…just blank white screen shows, and after refreshing the page the page loads up fully with content.
and this issue is only on mobile, in desktop it works fine.

I’ve just viewed your store from my Android device and can confirm I am experiencing the same issue. I also noted your store is taking a long time to load.
A number of things could be causing this. My first thoughts are that this is a theme issue. Have you made any theme changes lately?
Or, have you installed or removed any third-party apps? Even if the apps are unrelatable to the issue, they can sometimes cause problems due to altering the theme’s code.
What theme are you using?
I am using, custom theme and I have tried by removing all the apps, but it didn’t worked. please research a bit mam…I thought you have encountered this type of issue earlier as well…please help me out…i will be really thankful for your support.

From our troubleshooting so far it looks like this could be a theme issue rather than a technical issue. Since you are using a third-party theme, I do recommend contacting your theme’s developer for support with this issue.
