I was receiving orders 30 minutes before I received an email from the “Trust and Safety Team” saying that they have reviewed my documents and that my store was violating the AUP. This is impossible because I have not submitted any documents yet, nor did they request anything from me. I have read the AUP thoroughly and I was not violating any of the terms, I was dropshipping products from AliExpress. They did not even address me by name in this email either. As I said I had no customer disputes, have been receiving payouts and orders, I was using shopify payments and did not have any banner on my store. The team has recklessly shut down my store without actually reviewing anything or requesting verification documents. Customers are angry and I cannot see my orders to fulfill them I had $7,000 in my balance. Someone please help me I don’t know what to do about this.
