My store was transferred to me by a partner account but I can't log in due to a loading error

A partner just transferred the ownership of my store to me after designing it. I received the email telling me to log in to take ownership of johnny-footwear.myshopify.ca and when I try to log in and pick a paid plan it gives me this error:

I’ve reloaded many times, cleared my cookies and restarted the computer but nothing works. It’s extremely frustrating that there’s no phone number to contact support anymore. Can someone please help?

Either try logging out of everything, or use a different/clean browser and test it again.

Barring that you may need to wait for something on the backend to change , or to get through the support queue by email or text-chat.

You’re right, I had to wipe out all cookies including saved passwords, etc and it finally got me through. Thanks!
