Sophia here from Shopify. If you’re still running into this error message when trying to log in, here are some troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:
- try a private browsing window, or Incognito mode if using Google Chrome
- try another browser or device
- restart your browser and/or device
- enter the email address in the same case you signed up with (ie:
YourName@gmail.comrather thanyourname@gmail.com)
