Need a code to unblock Inbox Shopify Chat Button app in my Debut theme

I add Inbox Shopify app on my theme but the Chat Button never appear on the website. So I spoke with Shopify team. And they suggest that must be a code on my theme blocking the button chat.

I previewed one of the copies I have of Debut Theme and it seems like the Chat Box for Shopify Inbox works with the copy, so looks like the added codes may have affected the Shopify inbox in displaying.

I have no idea what code can be.

Can some one knows what code I can add on Theme.liquid to Enable the chat Botton on my debut Theme APPEAR on the website. Thank you

Note: I installed until the app. Until someones maybe can help me with the right code.

I have this same problem. It worked on the same theme couple of months ago and now the chat is not visible in the store. I got the same exact answer from the support as you did. It would be nice if someone could help us with this.

I installed it again and I realized that the Chat does not work in homepage but it works perfectly in all the other pages you can try it maybe the same thing happens to you.
I think it’s better than nothing
