I used to have a store. I closed in December 2019. I did very poor bookkeeping and I have paid $40/month since December 2019 just to access my records. I canceled on January 27, 2024, but also got billed on January 27, 2024 for $41 and some change. I’d like to get that refunded, but customer service seems non-existent.
