Need Help with Theme customization, Theme have bold subscriptions installed

Hi I have been working on a shopify theme.
I have bold subscriptions enabled on this theme.
I would like the product price to change to show the discounted price if the customer selects a subscription.

currently Its displaying like this.

Anybody who have done such type of customization, your help in this regard would be highly appreciated

This is usually something that has to be done by the app which you are using for subscription.
