Need help

Hi I am confronted with a difficult situation. I have never used Shopify, I have never subscribed for anything, I am not a customer of Shopify, I don’t have any store. But I don’t know why account is charged and how? I tried to contact Shopify but it is so difficult. There is no contact number, however, upon searching on Google I get to know that I can take help from support centre. I am trying but they say create a store to be able to chat with an agent. I don’t have a store and I don’t want to creat a store please can someone one help and direct me in right direction . I want to know that why I am being billed? I checked with my bank and I don’t have any direct debit setup for Shopify

I am really very frustrated. I have never been to shopify because I don’t know anything about that. I have just tried to contact them on phone they said it is not in use anymore. Then when i do chat they say use email so do I use my email. Then not connecting with a agent. I have already spoken with my bank and informed about that.
