Shopify support - talking to someone

Hi all

Can anyone advise on how I get a billing problem resolved by actually speaking to someone at Shopify? A couple of hundred pounds has been taken from our account for something that is in our view an error. I’ve spent an hour now going round in circles without finding a way to contact an actual person [email removed] Shopify to get this addressed. All links to ‘speak to someone’ or ‘contact us’ just link to a help article page.

Btw, logging in to my account and accessing the help centre in the hope of being able to find the mythical chat functionality doesn’t work either.

Try reaching out to Shopify support via their Twitter account (@ShopifySupport). They often respond quickly and can direct you to the appropriate channel for resolving billing issues.
