Hi all
Can anyone advise on how I get a billing problem resolved by actually speaking to someone at Shopify? A couple of hundred pounds has been taken from our account for something that is in our view an error. I’ve spent an hour now going round in circles without finding a way to contact an actual person [email removed] Shopify to get this addressed. All links to ‘speak to someone’ or ‘contact us’ just link to a help article page.
Btw, logging in to my account and accessing the help centre in the hope of being able to find the mythical chat functionality doesn’t work either.
