I made an order on the 16th of August 2024 and it is now over a month (today 17/10/2024) that I have not had any updates or anything about my order. The company never sent me an order confirmation after I purchased so I am unable to report an issue with my order.
I have emailed multiple times after noticing that they no longer have a Shopify account no more and have deleted it.
Personally I thought that shopify was a daft place to shop but after paying £70 and getting no refund or my order.
I had no reply from the email and I have tried everything to contact seller but still nothing.
I paid through the shop app, payments were taken. No way of getting a response and I am truly disappointed.
