Never recieved order, store is no longer part of shopify

Hi there I placed an order back in December I never received the order. tried to contact seller no response, and now the store page is down. I can no longer dispute the charge with my bank as the time frame has passed.

I tried to use the order support link, however my order confirmation link appears to be invalid since the store is down.

I spent a decent amount of money for it to just vanish into the night.

Any and all help would be deeply appreciated.

It does not matter that link no longer shows you anything, Shopify team will be able to use it to see the order data and confirm your request.

So just paste the URL into the field and continue with form submission.

It wont accept the link. So I am unable to submit the form.
