I want to inform you thaat right now, with Shopify email is not possible to import email design from Canva but I want to inform you that AiTrillion can help you to import email design from Canva to AiTrillion with the help of embed code. You can design the email template as per your need and can create a template with the help of embed code.
Also, with email, you will get different tools like Loyalty rewards, SMS/Whatsapp/Flows and many more with one plan and one tool including reports and anlytics.

Great question — and you’re definitely not the only one hoping for this feature. Being able to import Canva email designs directly into Shopify Email would be a huge time-saver, especially since Canva is becoming a go-to design tool for many merchants.
At the moment, Shopify Email doesn’t yet support direct Canva imports. You can still recreate your Canva layout using Shopify’s built-in sections, but I know that’s not the same as a one-click import.
The good news is that Shopify has been actively rolling out updates to the Email editor, so this kind of integration is something the product team is aware of and frequently asked about. I’d recommend submitting it through Settings → Feedback in your admin as well — those requests do go straight to the right team.
If you’d like, feel free to share what type of templates you’re building in Canva. I can offer suggestions on how to recreate them cleanly inside Shopify Email for now.
