The new code editor doesn’t seem too mobile friendly. Even when turning it on its side has problems. It’s near impossible to select the right line of code or even see the cursor. Is there something I’m missing?
Oh and it seems more convoluted searching for the right file. It feels like a complete downgrade for mobile. Can I possibly get it to go back to how it was or does anyone have tips on how to properly use this newer version?
Hi @PoW8 welcome back, that’s horrible they’ve forced a Dev IDE onto merchants like this.
Your are not alone, neither is your specific issues as there are many Many MANY other problems with this arrogant feature.
Please also reach out DIRECTLY to shopify support and complain about this frustrating change overcomplicated feature disrupting your business. https://help.shopify.com/ ask for “support advisor” or “human” to try and get past the bot.

No, I’m going to try and update my computer to see if my browser will run it. Hopefully I can get it to work on mobile because, that would just be more convenient for me.
