New Shopify Product not syncing to Google Merchant Center Content API

Hi there

We have a new product in our Shopify Store which is not appearing in Google Merchant Center via our Content API Shopify connection. Product is live in Shopify and is selected for the Google & Youtube sales channel.

We have over 750 products and all other products have synced and appeared quickly after launching. We’ve triple checked and there’s no issue with the product setup that we can identify.

Does anybody know why this would happen?

If you have waited 24 hours, then it should be visible in Google Merchant Center.

Double check the products is published in the Google and youtube app, by clicking on manage products inside the app.
