New products on Shopify not automatically sync to Google Merchant?

Hi everybody,

At present when I create new products I don’t see these on Google Merchant.

I’m using app “Google Shopping” and everything is ok in the past (I created products and automatically sync to Google Merchant). But from last week, new products have not been sync to GMC.

I don’t take any updates from this app or make any changes.

When I check “Google Channel”, I see that all products are “Available to Google Channel”.

Please help me solve this issue.

I’ve solved this issue by myseft and want to share to you.

On Shopify: Go to “Google Channel” > Choose tab “Setting” > On “Your Google Merchant Center account” press “Disconnect” > Wait until about 5 minutes > Go back and press “Connect” > Wait about 15-20 minutes and see the result.
