No store set up and getting a $9.81 charge each month

I do not have a store set up and I do not plan to use this platform to set up a store. I attempted many times to locate the option for billing and/or subscription on my account and can not find anything to cancel. I’ve read several posts which all say you have to set up a store to cancel. This is madness. I want to stop getting fees charged and if you can wipe me completely from the platform that would be awesome.

I realize we are in a day and time when online chat is king and there is no real service for customers. There should at least be a way to contact support via some mechanism inside your account without all of this difficulty.

To confirm, you do not have an account with Shopify?

If you do have an account with Shopify and would like to cancel, you can locate the cancellation option by going to your Shopify admin > Settings > Plan and scroll down to click Deactivate store. If you’ve located this section, and you’re not seeing the Deactivate store option, please share a screenshot and our team will be happy to investigate in more detail.

Additionally, could you try checking your email inbox, spam, or junk folder for a Shopify billing email? By locating this email, it will give you a breakdown of the bill you received for better visibility.
