No subscription deactivated still being charged

I have spoken to 2 agents. My account has BEEN deactivated more than 3 months. No subscriptions yet I get charged 41.44 every 2 weeks. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK. No more run around. Wait until I get to the bottom of this. Class action coming soon

I understand you’re being charged for deactivated accounts. This is definitely frustrating being charged for a service you weren’t expecting to be charged for! I do want to set your expectations that our Community Team is unable to access specific accounts, so are unable to provide you a resolution directly.

That being said, when you mention your store is deactivated, did you completely close the account? Some merchants are under the impression that if they don’t login they won’t be charged. However, the charge is automatically applied to open accounts every 30 days regardless of logins. Thus, I just want to clarify that you have fully closed the accounts down under Settings > Plans & Permissions > Close Store.

If you have closed your accounts down but are still being charged you most likely have not 1, but 2 active accounts that are still open that you may not be aware of. I have seen this many times, as early as yesterday, with merchants accidentally creating second accounts when attempting to login. The reason I believe you have 2 extra accounts is you are being charged every 2 weeks, not every 30 days.

You can check for any additional accounts by using our Recovery Tool. You may need to try this a few times if you have multiple email addresses.

If you are not able to find any extra accounts you can reach out to our live Support Team who can look up the charges based on the invoice numbers on your credit card statement.
