I just recently moved to shop pay and it has been a nightmare. I correctly entered my routing number and account number from my bank account and all payouts came back as “failed”. Getting any help is impossible as the chat team can’t do a thing and merely open tickets and the advisors that answer the tickets have received everything from me they have asked for ( including a photo of a voided check ) and still have done nothing, there is a significant amount of money sitting that I’ve not received and since there is no real customer service ; my only option will be to start contacting legal assistance and any and all outside assistance.
