Not Receiving Contact Form Messages Since 2 Days

Hi,

I am on a paid plan. I was receiving contact form message since long but two days ago the message suddenly stopped. Read somewhere that maybe Shopify put the email address in the suppression list.

Message is sent successfully from the website as the confirmation shows up but its not received in the mailbox.

That is correct. Your email might be under suppression list and that bounce needs to be removed. Kindly reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further help you remove any bounce on your email if any.
