Why don’t I have the option for “free shipping” in my automatic discount area?

This is a great question! The automatic discount section will only allow you to enter in a specific discount towards the cost of the product or order. If you would like to offer free shipping on your online store, we will need to set up the shipping rates to allow the offer. With that being said, you can set this up by navigating to Settings > Shipping and Delivery. Here, you should be able to manage rates within the general shipping profile that you are offering to your customers.
You will have the option to set up criteria for the free shipping rate, as for example - you can add a rate that will allow free shipping on orders above $35. Feel more than welcome to check out our awesome help document that has a step-by-step guide on setting up a free shipping rate.
