Notice of account closure (violation of Section 4.4)

Hello Shopify Trust & Safety Team,

All of my stores are closed today, I don’t know why!

“After reviewing your information and website xxx.xx, we have determined that you are in violation of Section 4.4 of the Shopify Terms of Service and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3.”

My business will be destroyed now.

Any idea to resolve this please?

Sorry but not possible to give feedback without knowing the domains, what you were selling, were you fulfilling orders in timely manner, etc.
