Hello everyone.

I have a question regarding a shop I made an order from a month ago for three items, and all I received was a small printed card saying: “Best Wishes”!

I tried to contact them, and filed a complaint on the Shopify website who told me they forwarded my complaint to the merchant. Now the shop has completely disappeared from the Shopify website, or indeed the internet!

Is this a scam?

Hey there @Jackolucky Unfortunately, this does appear to be a scam store. Have you filed an official complaint to Shopify customer support yet? If you haven’t you should try doing so with all necessary details you still have including the payment receipts.

Hello! Thank you so much for replying! I did send a comprehensive complaint to: https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/order-issue . Is that what you mean by an official complaint to Shopify customer support? I can’t find anywhere else to lodge a complaint.
