I’m new to Shopify and dropshipping. I’m using Shrine Pro and I have 17TRACK installed for tracking. I’ve done a test order and need some help with the order status page and tracking.
- In the order confirmation email, the “View your order” button links to my domain but it gets redirected to a shopify.com URL that displays the order status. Does this page exist on my own domain? If so, how do I change the emails to link to this page?
- The shipping confirmation email provides a link via ParcelsApp. I never installed ParcelsApp? Is this included by default? How can I change this to my 17TRACK link instead?
- On both tracking pages, it reveals to the customers that the item is being shipped from China. Is there a way to hide these details? Or what are some best practices on handling this?
