Order status and tracking page help

I’m new to Shopify and dropshipping. I’m using Shrine Pro and I have 17TRACK installed for tracking. I’ve done a test order and need some help with the order status page and tracking.

  1. In the order confirmation email, the “View your order” button links to my domain but it gets redirected to a shopify.com URL that displays the order status. Does this page exist on my own domain? If so, how do I change the emails to link to this page?
  2. The shipping confirmation email provides a link via ParcelsApp. I never installed ParcelsApp? Is this included by default? How can I change this to my 17TRACK link instead?
  3. On both tracking pages, it reveals to the customers that the item is being shipped from China. Is there a way to hide these details? Or what are some best practices on handling this?

  • Order Status Page: The order status page should be on your domain. Update the “View your order” link in Settings > Notifications.

  • ParcelsApp Link: It shouldn’t be included by default. Change the shipping confirmation email link in Settings > Notifications to your 17TRACK link.

  • Shipping Origin Details: Hiding the origin can be tricky. Consider using apps that offer custom tracking pages to avoid displaying this information.
