We have several approved apps with Shopify that we use for a few hundred different clients. Our latest app we built in response to client requests. We submitted our app through the usual approval process and made it to the stage where we were working with a specific app reviewer. However, we have stopped receiving any response from Shopify towards app approval. We’ve reached out to our designated App Reviewer at Shopify many times and never receive a response. This has been an ongoing process for 3 months now and we have clients continuing to ask us for the app.
Is anyone else experiencing these delays/lack of response from Shopify App Reviewers? We would appreciate any advice as to how best to proceed from here as we are not sure how to proceed.
