Hello, I just set up a Shopify Store which sell products to countries in Asia.
Some customers faced difficulties in payment with an error code “Do_not_honor” (In fact, I saw there are some posts discussing this topic but there seems not to have any direct and effective solutions besides from asking client to use another payment method or contacting the banks). This back-and-forth causes frustration and customers often pull off the order.
To supplement, seems it is relevant to Network Decline Code 59 (Suspected Fraud) in my case. Any solutions to reduce the chance of happening and grateful if there is any other advice as well. Thanks!!
It sounds like a fraud prevention setting might be triggering the issue. Try adjusting your payment gateway settings or temporarily lowering your fraud filter sensitivity to see if it helps reduce the declines. You might also want to enable a wider range of payment options to give customers more flexibility. Let me know if that doesn’t fix it! I might be able to help out
i reach out to the agency that help me with my store about this issue and they said it is market issue also they stated that they can resolve it. Would you love me to share you the agency contact?
