Hello, I made a sale to a customer 9-10 days ago, but the status is still showing as pending. When will the payment be sent to my account?
Hi @techdona , well it depends if he/she has paid for the product and used what payment method based on the multiple payment methods you linked to your store. also you can simply visit settings, then payments and then select to view the transaction with your linked card or payment method, and you will see the payout date.

In the Transactions section, the payout status appears as pending, but the payout date does not appear, that’s the problem. Also the order was fulfilled and payment was made via mastercard.
can you please show the payout status screenshot? and what payment method and courier are you using?
