How can I make customers from Jordan have only cash on delivery payment option where as customer outside Jordan have only credit card payment option (not cash on delivery).
try use the markets feature on Shopify. you can set different payment method by market (country).
I tried it didn’t work.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to restrict payment methods to certain countries only; any payment methods you enable will be viewable and selectable globally for all customers. However, you could name the cash-on-delivery rate along the lines of “Cash on Delivery (Jordan only)” to make it clear to international customers that they will need to pay by card instead.
