Does anyone have a time frame for your store to verified by the shopify ? Sent my docs off three working days ago – still radio silence. Gotta say, Shopify’s customer service is seriously dodgy.

Validation can take up to 5 business days, but while you are waiting, look out for any missing info or upload prompts inside the admin notifications or the Settings > Payments section. Delays sometimes clear up after documents are re-uploaded or a different browser is used. In addition, make sure that your store is compliant with everything from product listing to policies.
