I have not received my payouts from Shopify since October 2024, it’s now going into February 2025 and no resolution from Shopify has been made. I had to close my business due to lack of communication and not being able to accept funds nor use my funds from Shopify. I am hoping I can get a hold of someone who can help. I love Shopify and never had a problem up until this point and so confused as to why this is taking so long to resolve. Shopify is holding almost $2,000 from a small business who depends on the little money we make, this is truly unacceptable and unfortunate. I hope this message finds someone in the “higher ups” who can actually help me and make a resolution TODAY.

Yes! Almost every day since October. And they said to keep an eye out for
their team via email. It’s been passed 90 days and no one has gotten back
to me. January 3 was the last time they said they would send a payout and
I had a similar issue, except i was missing over 10k from shopify. I had to hire an attorney to get my money.
