Can anyone help me figure out how to fix my pending payouts so I can get paid? I have a LOT of money in payouts that have been pending for a month. It has been over a month and we cannot get any answers on the chat. We’ve probably tried contacting them 50 times (not joking). They keep saying- “be patient, you will get an email from someone on our payout team”. I haven’t received any emails.

I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I need this money to pay for the products that I have already shipped to the customers. And, we have already fulfilled these orders.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me from Shopify and releasing my funds that all say pending and have for several weeks. I need my money now so I can pay my bills. The orders have already been shipped and you legally cannot hold my money. We have been chatting for over 4 weeks now and no one will give me any answers. If it isn’t fixed ASAP we will be forced to not use Shopify since you do not stand behind you product and fix the problems.

Whatever became if your issue? I am suddenly and inexplicably experiencing the same thing. Customer bought two items, they were mailed with delivery confirmation and arrived but my payout has been stuck in pending for 2 weeks.

I contacted customer support via the chat who said that they escalated the issue, and now I’m waiting for a reply much the same as every other threat I’m reading about this problem.

I went with Lightspeed system and canceled my POS with Shopify. I only now use Shopify for my website and shipping. Customer service with Shopify is non-existent!!

Did they ever release your money?
