Customers can pay via credit card or PayPal. I’ve removed the dynamic PayPal button from product pages and first checkout page. But if customers click the PayPal option when choosing a payment method, they get to the confirmation page and there, instead of the blue button at the bottom reading “Pay with PayPal”, it reads “Enter your Credit Card Details Next,” which is what I defined if customers choose the credit card option.
If you refresh the page, the right button, the one for PayPal, will appear. If you check the credit card option and then check the PayPal option, the PayPal button will appear.
How can I get the PayPal button to appear at the bottom when the customer arrives on the page?
I have this same problem, and I keep explaining to them it’s only certain customers, not all, Multiple shopify websites (not owned by me) have same problem, the blue paypal check out button is there but won’t do anything. They never even make it to that step when the techs “check it out” Their advice was to tell my customers exactly what we’ve already tried. clear cache, try new browser, etc. I’ve been dealing with this for about a year now. I’m sick of losing sales and having to send manual invoices. This isn’t what I’m paying for.
