I have a 14 day trial-period..
When someone try buy my products it says:
Oops, something went wrong.
What happened?
Checkout System disabled: You must choose a plan and enter your credit card details before checkout is enabled.

In order to unlock access to the checkout area for you and your customers, it would be necessary to select a paid plan as outlined in the message you have shared here.
We’ve got info here on our help site explaining our plans and pricing and you can see a side-by-side breakdown of our plans and their rates, fees, and features here on our pricing page.
If you decide against proceeding with your store, don’t worry; as you can still cancel your account before your trial times out and you will not be billed for this store.
It sounds like you have already opened your store to the public in preparation for selling.
