Possible Scam Seller

Hello all, I bought the boxing punchbag product I have attached from a site called fastpunch.co via Instagram. I live in Turkey. I did not know that the seller did dropshipping because the seller does not include it on their website. The photos they use on their Instagram account and in the highlights are completely fake and fabricated. I received an order from this site and I will add the fee as an additional fee. I received information that it was shipped with Yanwen. I am trying to reach Yanwen cargo but there is no response. The seller of this product is affiliated with Shopify. I am writing here as a last resort. I am requesting a refund of my money. What should I do in this case? My product has still not been processed since August 2. According to my internet research, I saw that this is entirely due to the seller. I think I have been scammed. I am waiting for your support.>

To quickly set some expectations for you, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, Shopify doesn’t not play a role in the management of businesses that use our platform for hosting, nor does Shopify play a role in their order management or customer relations. If you’ve experienced an issue with an order that you’ve placed with a business, you will want to reach out to the business you ordered from directly with an inquiries. We have a help document here that talks about this information in some more detail.

If you’re looking to request a refund in relation to this order, then you will want to make this request directly with the business you ordered from as well. If the business is not following up with your request for a refund, and hasn’t followed up regarding the status of your order, then it would be wise to speak with your bank or credit card provider about the transaction. They will have options available to you to help look into having your funds returned.

If 30 days go by without receiving the order or hearing from the business regarding your order, you can look into reporting the order to our Team using this link.

Hello thanks for your help but when i try to report this problem shopify says “This order was created less than 30 days ago” so i have to wait 30 days?

That is correct. You will need to wait 30 days from the date you made your purchase to report an issue with your order. Once the 30 days have passed you will be able to use that link to submit your report.
