Hello. I have one product that i want to make unavailable online and for store pickup only but should still be visible as a product in the shop.
Does anybody know how to do this?

Do you want users to place order for this product or not ?
If yes, then You can set up pickup option in shipping method if this product exists in order
https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/setting-up-and-managing-your-shipping/local-methods/local-pickup#manage-preferences-for-a-local-pickup-location
if not, then you can put enquiry button in place of “Add to Cart” button.

@LauraOO - did you try by putting price 0 and disabling add to cart button? and then put notice for pick up only
