I have a problem with inserting the bank statement that you want to submit after me.
I have already inserted my statement from my bank - bank account as a file (less than 8 MB) in .png format several times in the box where you request it, but it always occurs to me after a few minutes that I should insert it there again.
I've done this about 5 times but still nothing.
What with this?
Can you please advise me?

- Do you get any error messages that ask you to re-upload the file?
If you’ve been asked to submit this file via an email you’ve received from us, I recommend that you reach out to the folks on the other end of the email chain, and let them know about the issue you’re experiencing with submitting this file. They’ll be able to advise on some alternative methods for you to try.
