Key clarification: For users not seeing an “Add Block” option directly, the workaround is to right-click (or hover over) the Product Information section itself, which reveals options to add blocks before or after the section. Then select Description from the block options.
The issue appears to stem from Dawn theme’s block-based architecture requiring manual addition of the description block, rather than it being included by default. Multiple users confirmed this solution resolved their visibility problem.

Just wondering if someone can help me. I am new to shopify, using the Dawn theme. For some reason the product description in not visible on the product pages. I have searched everywhere to find a solution, but I can’t seem to find anything. My collection descriptions are visible, but nothing for products. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I had the same problem and then figured it out after landing on this page. All you have to do is hover over Product Information and then right click on it, it will show you the option to add a block after or before the section, then add the block after the section and choose Description.
