I use the Shopify Product Reviews app. Product reviews that had previously been published have been automatically redacted and unpublished by the app and I am unable to manually republish them. Why are they being auto-redacted and how do I fix this?

Shopify is removing its Product Reviews app. After May 6, 2024, the app won’t be supported and your existing reviews won’t be visible on your site.
Be sure to export your reviews and choose a new app before May 6th.
