We have a Printify store with products that we’ve already made. When attempting to integrate it to Shopify, we’ve found that after attempting to track the products, all of them are showing as out of stock on Shopify. Obviously on Printify this is not the case. Has anyone else gotten this issue, and resolved it?
@AaronM1724 Have you increased the quantity of products in Shopify?
Hi, thanks for the quick response. What exactly do you mean by that? Shopify should get the product quantities directly from Printify if they’re integrated properly no? When I uploaded the products, we got all the product information correctly, but the inventory all says 0 in stock when in Printify there’s no issues with inventory. Is there a manual setting I need to set in Shopify so that that information is getting sent and calculated correctly?
