The products are well positioned (2nd/3rd result) in google search, but when I click in the google product listings tab they are not listed there.
In Google Search Console I only have these warnings:
Which I already had in the past, and products were appearing in listings.

Your products are ranking well in Google Search but are not appearing in Google Shopping due to missing required fields in Google Merchant Center.
To fix this:
Check your country settings – Ensure that your products are correctly configured for all intended countries in Google Merchant Center. If any countries are missing, add them.
Add a return policy – Update your return policy in Google Merchant Center or include it in your structured data feed.
Add shipping details – Ensure shipping rates, delivery times, and methods are properly set up in Merchant Center.
Check for other issues – Review the Merchant Center diagnostics page for any other missing information or disapprovals that might impact visibility.
Request a re-crawl – Once all fixes are applied, refresh your product feed and request a re-crawl in Google Merchant Center.
