I am still having a problem and the support chat couldn’t figure it out! My store is active/online and the product has all the right categories for it to be in the collection but it still won’t show up. Someone help!!

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Are you still experiencing this issue with your products on your online store? If so, could you let us know which theme you are using?
You can check which theme is live on your online store by navigating to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
