Hello, we have followed the instructions above but we still have the same problem. The products are not showing. It shows under the collections, but not on the website. (Our website is not launched yet, but all products are marked “active”.

Are the products displayed within your collection when you navigate to Products > Collections? Or, is the collection not being displayed on your online store?
If you have created a collection on your online store, you will need to add it as a menu item. Once the collection is added to the menu, you should be able to view it on your online store.
