I cannot use shopify payment because of failure when I tried to upload my details, yet I didn’t know what’s the problem. I’ve been waiting more than 5 days and still didn’t hear from the verification team. My ticket number is 51338104 and 51388557, and it’s been escalated the process. Does anyone solve the same problem as I encountered ?
