I received an order a few weeks ago that I have issues with. I did not receive the correct size I ordered for two items. I contacted the company via email to have this fixed, and sent them a photo showing the sizes were wrong. They have not responded. I also sent a followup email which they have also not responded to. I tried to use your support feature on the app, but it is saying the confirmation link is invalid. When even I try to open the link, it says the page is unavailable.

If the company is unresponsive and their support features are not working:
- Check Spam/Other Folders: Ensure their response hasn’t gone to your spam/junk email folder.
- Resend Emails: Use a different email address to resend your query and mention your previous attempts. Include order details and photos again.
- Contact via Social Media: Reach out to the company through social media platforms for a faster response.
- File a Dispute: If no response, initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Leave a Review: If unresolved, consider leaving a review detailing your experience to encourage a response.
