If the company is unresponsive and their support features are not working:
- Check Spam/Other Folders: Ensure their response hasn’t gone to your spam/junk email folder.
- Resend Emails: Use a different email address to resend your query and mention your previous attempts. Include order details and photos again.
- Contact via Social Media: Reach out to the company through social media platforms for a faster response.
- File a Dispute: If no response, initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
