I have been experiencing some issues when I am creating a ‘free shipping’ function through my online store. I have successfully set up the free shipping option for all purchases through the store by following the shopify guide. I have also tested the function to ensure it works and the result has been a success. However, within a few days of enabling the ‘free shipping’ function, my store reverts back to charging for shipping, as it deletes the free shipping rate I have previously created within the store settings.
I cannot understand what is updating/upsetting the system, but I am having continual trouble with this.
Hi, @SpicyVegan . Thank you for posting this. This definitely should not be happening to your shipping rates. Do you have any other rates set up? If so, are these being removed as well, or is it only happening with the “free shipping” rate?
