Hello I hope you can help me please . So I signed up to try a 90 day trial store offer with the option to cancel anytime , well after just a day or two I realized that I had made a mistake and signed up for something that I was never going to use . So I thought I canceled the entire subscription however fast forward to now three months later and Shopify has been deducting $1 out of my account every month but most recently deducted $379 from my account and I have never even used the service ever at all. Please help I have searched high and low for someone to speak to me about this with Shopify but to no prevail I can not find any satisfactory solution to getting my money back. And now I’ve learned that I actually didn’t delete my account and if I had I wouldn’t even be able to communicate with anyone today as these communities are only available for account holders . Please help me this is my bill money
