Currently working on our website and designed & built it around using the Buy Button only (for now). Would like to remove the Online Store sales channel but keep getting the error “There was a problem with your request, please try again.” Have tried using different browsers to try and do this but I’m still getting the same error. This is the final piece of the puzzle to completing our website and publishing it with the online store capabilities.
From Sale channels, you will see a list of the existing online sales channels in your Shopify admin. Remove the sales channel by clicking on the trash can symbol beside that channel.
Contact to shopify support team they will remove or will guide you…
