Remove the checkout button from the shopping cart drop down after adding item to cart, Dawn theme

I’m wanting to get people to go through the checkout because of a bulk discount that gets applied. If customers go straight to checkout the discount isnt applied and I lost the sale.

How do you remove the checkout button from the shopping cart menu that drops down when you add the product to the cart?

My shopify store is run on the dawn theme, https://tradeside.co.nz/
